Once a year, the crew and staff get together for an afternoon of games, food, and music.

It’s our way of saying thanks for the work that doesn’t stop, rain or shine - and taking a beat to have some craic together. None of what we do here at O’Brien Landscaping would be possible without our hardworking crew who show up and do it right, every single time.

We were delighted to support this special event, which showcased the rich traditions, culture, and community spirit of the Latvian community in Ireland.

A special well done to our own Gatis Celms who was part of the celebrations and helped bring this memorable occasion to life.

Since joining O’Briens nine years ago, he has been instrumental in modernising the company and raising its capacity to meet the challenges of contemporary landscape construction.

We recently spoke with Lynn Bradley from the Additional Needs Working Group Finglas about the impact this new sensory play space will have in Finglas.

This space is the second garden created for the Additional Needs Working Group, Finglas and was created to support children with additional needs and their families; providing a safe, welcoming environment where they can spend time outdoors, connect, and feel part of a community.

A huge amount of work has gone into bringing it to life, with Director Barry Lupton closely involved from the outset, and Project Manager Raivis Linins and his team leading the build on site.

It’s a great example of what can be achieved when people come together with a shared goal - creating something that will make a positive impact and lasting difference.
