Haven't been posting much as we have been very busy with this project,
Green house was falling apart, fully stripped and demolished, and built this beautiful timber frame 40ft x 12ft room, 100mm insulation in the walls, floor and roof 👍, flat roof with 18mm osb, underlay and finish in cap sheet 👌, triple glaze windows fitted.
Alot of blood & tears in this project.
Cap sheet to be trimmed and gutters to be fitted.
Inside photos will be posted when finished 👌

Job in mounthdrath this week ,
Ridge caps on one hip blew off in the storm , the other ridge caps on the far hip just sitting there as the cement was dead , ridge caps on the roof were just hanging on , lead around chimney had to be altered, chimney cowl fitted , external vent fitted , lead on the porch had to be refitted , and gutters cleaned all way around .
Ridge caps are highly dangerous when there loose, if the fall it's fatal , guys don't hesitate to contact us.

Today's location Bellingham portlaoise, customer rang with a leak , ladders up problem found in a matter of minutes, schedule today to do the repair,
Old valley stripped
New breathable felt on valley boards
New lead,
3 roof tiles replaced as someone had siliconed them ,
1 new ridge cap as it was cracked and siliconed as well ,
Valley repointed .

Roof repair in portlaoise,
Felt had 2 holes in it, striped the area and re felted and lats put back, retiled, through out the whole roof we had to replace 50 tiles, and repoint all the ridge caps as the were just lifting off also letting in water.

Don't hesitate to pm for a quotation guys,
The longer water is getting in on a roof the more damage is caused and more of a cost to the home owner.

Some photos of the broken tiles in the pictures just to show that a roof tile doesn't have to be broken in half to let in water.

Location Mountmellick Co Laois,
Prior to a call out on Saturday as a broken roof tile was letting water in and was getting in through a rip in the felt, we fixed the roof tile on Saturday and repaired the rest of the roof today,
Stripped the roof, found the 2 big holes and a rip in the felt where the over lap was, new felt and re done the lats and closed in the roof,
On the front of the roof we changed 15 tiles, some of them had been siliconed and some just left broken.

Fully stripped, redecked with 18mm osb , 1 layer of underlay and finish in cap sheet 👌

1st one 5 roof tiles blown off after the storm , no problem all replaced and fitted .

2nd one was this temporary torch on felt patch along the led work as the old torch is busted,
Temporary patch until reroof starts .

Wall plates fitted, Truss spread, straps all fitted, fly lats done, wind bracing done,
Dromers custom built to suit, sub facia done, outside ladders built and fitted
