Precision excavation underway, forming new footings and tying into existing foundations.
Restricted access on this site, with a live 4” drainage line servicing multiple properties running through the foundation zone. Careful planning and ex*****on needed to maintain full service while redirecting.

Another job wrapped up nicely 👌

Removed the old flooring and skirting, then fitted new pre-primed Ogee 144mm skirting throughout for a clean, sharp finish.

Carpet is now down and the whole room is completely transformed 🔥 Just needs painting on the skirting to finish it off 🎨

Delighted with how this one turned out.

A repair project completed some time ago.
The existing decking and steps had deteriorated in key areas. We carefully stripped it back, rebuilt where needed, and finished to integrate seamlessly with the original structure.
The focus was on precision and longevity, ensuring the repair not only looks right but performs as it should long-term.
No visible joins, no compromise on finish.
Just a clean, considered result that sits naturally within the space.

Precision at every stage on this project.
Radon protection being installed, followed by carefully layered stone and sand, with a full radon barrier and reinforced steel mesh — all set out to ensure a solid, compliant foundation.
This slab will form a high-performance subfloor, with timber joisting to follow, incorporating insulation within the build-up to achieve the required thermal performance.
Quality beneath the surface is what defines the finished result.

Progress update on site

Radon pipe going in next, then building up with stone and sand, followed by the radon barrier and steel mesh.

This floor is being done as a subfloor, with timber joists and insulation to go in on top after.

Everything moving well and set up right for the next stage.

Quick update from site 👍
Shuttering finished up and poured. Step left in for the floor to tie in.
All went well. On to the next bit.

Another solid start on site!

Foundations dug and ready to go. Rising walls set out and shuttering underway, stepped to allow for a clean tie-in with the floor.
Shutters not fully ready just yet, but everything will be set for the pour tomorrow 💪
Working alongside another builder on this one. Good progress all round. More to follow.

Roof re-Latted & felted as the old felt was rotten & was leaking in at the ridge & hips also...
