Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Skilled Operatives to join our team. The successful candidate will support a variety of construction projects, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
๐ข Assist tradespeople and site managers with day-to-day duties
๐ข Carry out general site labouring (e.g. site prep, tidying, moving materials)
๐ข Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if required). Plant Machinery Experience and Certs desirable.
๐ข Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
๐ข Maintain a clean and safe working environment
๐ข Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Essential Requirements:
๐ข Previous experience in construction or similar role (preferred but not essential)
๐ข Physically fit with a strong work ethic
๐ข Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
๐ข Good awareness of health & safety standards
๐ข Valid Safepass card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
๐ข Full driving licence and own transport (advantageous but not required)
