Been a busy few weeks around Swords and surrounding areas with a mix of electrical and handyman jobs.

One of the more satisfying jobs recently was helping a family in Applewood get their outdoor space summer-ready with new lighting and power installed for a garden entertainment area.

A lot of the work lately has been from repeat customers and word-of-mouth recommendations, which is always appreciated.

Keeping busy around the Swords area lately and I have to say it’s been great getting out, meeting new people and having the chats – genuinely such lovely people everywhere you go 👌

Today’s jobs had a nice mix to them:

• Feltrim – Installed a new attic LED light and repaired the bracket for the pull-down ladder. The attic is well lit, now, and the ladder rock solid, reliable and safe to use again 💪

• Mooretown – Extended a cooker switch circuit to get Laura’s Mam up and running with her new oven… fairy cakes incoming is what I was told 😄

• Millers Glenn – Finished off with a few light fitting installations to brighten things up in the living room 💡

Busy days but that’s the way we like it. If anyone needs a hand with anything similar, shoot me a message through the page or on the number in the bio! 🙂👍🏻

Another job wrapped up 💪🏻

This side gate was in rough shape — completely rotten hinge post, loose fixings, and ready to give way. Not ideal for access, security or safety.

Stripped it back, replaced the rotten timber, reinforced the fixing points, and got the gate sitting solid, secure and swingin' right again 👌🏻

Now it’s sturdy, aligned properly, and built to last! 🔒

As a qualified electrician, I can help with any households electrical issues, upgrades or faults like lighting, sockets, fans, switches - But no job is too small!

If you've got a gate, fence, or any outdoor bits starting to go like this — don’t leave it until it fully fails. Quick fix now saves a bigger job later.

I’m your man 👍🏻

Jonathan’s bathroom extractor fan had completely packed in, and the condensation was starting to cause damage to his en suite.

After a quick call-out and diagnosis, it was clear the unit needed replacing.
We arranged a time that suited him a couple of evenings later, popped in, and had it swapped out and working again in just 20 minutes 😅

No more steam, no more damage — job sorted.

Week 1 of getting this page up and running and the response has been unreal 🙌

I’ve had the chance to help out locals with lighting issues, put up back garden fences, restored power to sockets and boilers, replaced busted extractor fans - And there’s plenty more work still to come! 💪🏻

A nice little job done locally 🏡

Happy to install anchor bolted posts, fences + gate for David & Sarah - lovely people to deal with and even sent me home with Easter eggs for my kids, can’t beat that 🐣

The plan now is for their two girls to get stuck in and paint it themselves - I was told pinks and purples are on the menu, so I'm looking forward to seeing the final result 🎨😂
