QS / Contracts Manager URGENTLY required
DPPS Contracts are an international construction company with a wealth of experience in many aspects of the construction industry. Having undertaken large contracts in Formworks, Groundworks, Paving and General Construction in recent years across Ireland, the United Kingdom and Mainland Europe, we have built up a diverse and impressive portfolio.
We are now recruiting an experienced QS / Contracts Manager to join our busy team based in Donegal, managing sites in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Attend site meetings to monitor progress
Meeting with Clients
Agreeing budgets and timescales with Clients
Managing construction budget
Dealing with any unexpected costs
Acting as main point of contact for Client, Site and Project Managers
Making sure Construction Projects meet agreed technical specifications
Liaising with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Employees
Requirements:
Must have proven experience in Ground Works and Concrete Works
Strong Leadership Skills
Business Management Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to use own initiative
Highly organised, detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Maintains staff confidentiality
