For over a decade, this hospital trusted a single Usha Elevators system that recorded just four breakdowns in ten years. When it was time to upgrade to the latest technology, the challenge wasn’t just replacing an elevator. It was doing it inside a fully operational children’s hospital, five floors above ground, with no cranes, no heavy lifting equipment, and no disruption to the patients who depend on it every day.

Given just 48 hours, our engineering team designed a custom cantilever lifting system, planned every calculation, and executed every movement with precision. The old 600 kg machine came down. The new one went up. Every safety check passed. Every deadline was met.

Because in a hospital, an elevator isn’t just equipment. It carries newborns, patients on stretchers, families, doctors, and moments where every second counts.
