THE CLOSURE | Y'ARCH
The Closure is a contemporary residential design located in a rapidly developing area of Chennai. The concept behind the project revolves around the architectural idea of "closure"—creating harmony by connecting missing elements to form a complete, cohesive space. This theme of completeness extends through every aspect of the design, from the internal spatial programs to the exterior facade, resulting in a new living experience.

The material palette is minimal yet bold, combining warm beige tones with cool greys. This choice reflects the concept of "closure" by balancing warmth and neutrality, evoking a sense of calm while emphasizing the building’s structural integrity and modernity. The interplay of these materials accentuates the form of the house, making a subtle yet powerful statement of unity and completeness.

The design elegantly captures a traditional aesthetic in its massing, serving as a foundation for a seamless transition into contemporary trends.
The interiors are meticulously crafted to evoke a warm and inviting environment, featuring a harmonious blend of cozy tones and textures, complemented by a premium material palette.
