An irregular site meant every structural member had to be individually produced. Add a live electrical line, a highway on the only accessible side, and under 3 metres of clearance to erect the whole structure and you get a real engineering challenge.

We sequenced production around it, custom-designed a ramp for the Multiplex Theatre's exact sightlines, and rerouted a foundation to avoid an existing well.

Some sites don't allow for error, this one didn't even allow for disruption. Built inside the active campus of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar Temple, this wave-type dining hall for free food offering had to go up without disturbing a single existing civil structure or the temple's sacred atmosphere.

With the only entrance opening onto a busy market road, transportation and installation were carried out at midnight. One rafter member was custom-tilted at 8° just to fit the exact shape and boundary of the space.

A 40-metre clear-span arch roof, but resting on two completely different supports. One end sat on a 6-metre RC column, the other on a 6-metre RC column plus a 5.5-metre steel column stacked on top. Getting that curve smooth and structurally sound took an advanced laser cutting process, custom bracings to counteract the thrust, and an Ironworkers team experienced in building steel bridges.

We didn't just build one, we erected four identical structures at 6,000 Sq.Mtrs each, totaling 24,000 Sq.Mtrs.

No crane access. A live power line overhead. And a marriage hall that couldn't have any bracings at all.

Our answer: the entire structural er****on done using Derrick's post instead of a crane, with the arch profiled through a unique Knurling process on double-skin Rockwool sheets.

Some projects are complex because of scale. This one was complex because of everything at once, an 8-storey, 43-metre tower carrying vibrational loads from coffee processing machinery, columns rotated up to 90°, and three structural systems combined into a single model.
Our answer: a hybrid space frame and PEB design with a custom 20m Jack Beam and 14m cantilever canopy delivering 20% cost savings, nearly 800 tonnes of steel saved.
