"Most people start their building journey with a Pinterest board and a contractor's number. The architect comes in later — usually after a few expensive decisions have already been made.
It should be the other way round. The earlier an architect is involved, the more room there is to actually shape the outcome: the layout, the light, the flow of a home before a single wall exists on paper.
Over the years we've noticed the projects that go smoothest all share a few things in common — honesty about budget from day one, a client who shares how they actually live (not just how they want the house to look), and a team that handles architecture and interiors together instead of in silos.
If you're even thinking about building or renovating in the next year, this is worth saving. Share it with a friend who keeps talking about 'finally building that house.'"

India has been walking on one of the world's finest natural stones for centuries and calling it the budget option. Kota stone is denser than marble, naturally slip-resistant, immune to the staining and chipping that makes marble a poor choice for real homes, and it develops a patina with age that no imported or engineered surface can replicate. Designers in London and Paris are now specifying it by name. We have been using it on floors, wet areas, courtyards, and staircases for years. It is not a compromise. It is the right choice.

For years, Indian interiors looked outward for inspiration. European hardware. Imported stone. Scandinavian furniture. Meanwhile, Kota stone, Dhokra metalwork, Bagru block print, and Moradabad brass were sitting right here — centuries old, world-class, and completely underused. That is changing. The world's leading design publications are now specifying Indian materials as the centrepiece of luxury interiors. We got there first. The rest of the world is catching up.

“Did You Know?”

The human eye can detect over 10 million different colours - but our perception of colour shifts dramatically depending on light. The same terracotta wall looks rich and warm under 2700K light, and dull and muddy under 6500K. Your paint colour is only as good as the light you put on it.

There is one colour combination that works in every room, every light condition, every budget. Most people walk right past it.
