engineers as well as consultants & users. Our methodology is a derivation from a process that is fueled by open, challenging spirits of collaboration of professionals who make up our firm by their dedication to design excellence & innovation. Designing within Delhi's living heritage 🏛️

Connaught Place isn't just a shopping district, it's a protected heritage precinct where every shopfront answers to the Heritage Conservation Committee (HCC).

For Starbucks Reserve, that meant no copy-paste solutions. We worked within HCC's material and proportion norms, timber-framed glazing, muted tones, signage that sits into the architecture rather than over it, while still giving the brand its identity through detailing and finish.

The result: a shopfront that's unmistakably Starbucks, and unmistakably Connaught Place.

This is the work we love at MSAP: honouring the city's regulatory vision while still serving the brand's.

This apartment at Ireo Grand Arch, Gurugram is one of the latter.

Every room began as a conversation - about how the family moves through their day, what light feels like at 7am, where silence should live, and where warmth should. The result is a home that doesn't just look beautiful. It feels like belonging.

Some places become part of a city’s life.

is one of them; a café remembered through morning coffees, long conversations, and familiar corners. When we were asked to work on its interiors, the intention was never to change what people loved, but to care for it.

Over two weeks, the space was gently reworked - light adjusted, materials refined, details resolved , so it could feel refreshed without feeling unfamiliar.

Because spaces that hold memories don’t need reinvention.
They need understanding.
