*Do the work – the first step is to get involved. Check out the work that people are already doing here on HYPE , and then pick a challenge that you want to do. Once you’ve sent us your response you’ll be part of the our team, and on your way to brilliant experiences and opportunities.
*Pure quality – we’re looking for the most talented and creative young people , So if you can impress us with the quaity of your work – whether it’s writing, photography, design,painting,music or whatever – you’re more likely to be offered exclusive assignments and unique opportunities.
*Enthusiasm – this may be the most important thing. If you can’t be bothered or you want an easier route, that’s fine – but we’re interested in working with young people who have the drive and ambition to be creative and successful. Show us you care. We are hoping that it will be a chance for us to present our young talents in a different light where they can be appreciated by fans and get themselves noticed.
