We have the largest manufacturing facilities among all Indian Brass Inserts suppliers in India at Jamnagar. Here we have devoted years of professionalism to achieve specialization in Brass Adaptors and Components for CPVC, UPVC, PVC PPR and PEX Pipes as well as Brass requirements of other plumbing applications
All our activities are integrated including Extrusion, Machining and Plating. Our Sand casting facility has total capacity of rolling out more than 3500 tones of Casting per annum with capacities up to 2 Kgs. Concerning Quality issue, we never compromise on quality. All components undergo various Quality Test and are dispatched only after 100% satisfaction. We check all standard dimensions with various Standard Thread and Plug Gauges. Our current list of customers holds Major players of the Indian, European and Gulf Plumbing Industry. There is also the facility of manufacturing products with special specifications according to customer requirements. Our in-house R & D Team enables us to offer Custom Made Services to Design and Manufacture almost any kind of Plumbing / Sanitary or any other Brass related products not included in our Products Range. Also CPVC Components has introduced a complete range of lead-free Brass Plumbing Fittings and Valves under “Green B” brand name that meet California lead-free legislation and exceed the United States Safe Drinking Water Act. Also Green B range conforms to NSF’s Annex G of NSF/ANSI 61.
