1. Conversant with architectural designs
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
3. Well versed in Structural Engineering.
4. Good at communication & team Coordination.
5. Leadership quality must be present.

Education:
> UG: B.Tech.– Civil Engineering, (Specialized in Structure
Work/Civil Work)
> PG: M.Tech– Civil Engineering, (Specialized in Structure
Work/Civil Work)

Experience:
> Structural Engineering Work Experience: 2 to 3 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To check form work, as per architectural and structural
drawings.
2. Form work planning, designing and detailing.
3. To execute the form work systems at site, as per scheme
drawings.
4. To coordinate with client and structural consultant.
5. To prepare daily progress report, weekly planning and management; subcontractors' bills, joint records, shuttering quantity details of projects, form work ACE for the site; and method statement, checklist and risk assessment for various system form works.
6. To make form work scheme drawings for the site.
7. To take initiatives to update and modify the system form works at site.
8. To monitor day-to-day material stock and maintaining the material cost.
9. To work closely with the construction manager to assist on the construction from the planning phase to ex*****on.
10. To carry out construction, er****on, testing and commissioning activities as per approved construction drawings and work methods with the required quality and safety within required time and cost.
11. To contribute to the development of construction schedules and provide cost estimates for the work required.
12. To conduct the site level progress meetings and timely intimating the drawing, design or ex*****on-related difficulties for getting the resolution by discussion.
13. To ensure all safety practices and procedures are followed by generating site-specific safety protocols.
14. To manage the preparation of briefs with client, preparing shop drawings, specifications and reports.
15. To management, coordination and inspection of subcontractors work while project is in progress, and can contribute feedback to improve operational success of the project.
16. Draw the resources for the requirement as per the approved schedule, for the scope of work.
17. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
