And with this responsibility, we are highly accurate in projecting and resolving complex problem statements as a Senior Concept & Ex*****on Lead Architect to Principal Architect for 3 years now, through parametric and structured design and planning grand scale thinking since 2018, grounded in globally accepted sustainable scientific principles and their contextual variations.

Our approach integrates Environment Social Governance [ESG] Planning frameworks for Sustainable Planning, Reporting Finance working in most International/Global Countries/Monarchies, LEED Parameters, and Biophilic ESG Architectural/Interior Design Principles we are educated & experienced in, while drawing upon the Laws of Newtonian Physics and Quantum Physics Theories as they apply to spatial behaviour, energy flow, material performance, and human interaction with Permanent Biological & Health Impacts which affect growth & future projection collapses.

This scientific grounding is further strengthened through health-integrated design & operation's technologies through sustainable finance, allowing us to translate data-driven insights into environments that support environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and human well-being simultaneously.

We are also a well-practised team leadership generator, capable of creating strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams and orchestrating a choreographed design–operations workflow through ex*****on that we can truly represent throughout our 17+ year career and 14 year Design Experience with Leadership Roles. Our leadership approach ensures that architectural structure, parametric logic, and operational requirements are not treated as parallel streams, but as interdependent forces that actively drive the entire design and delivery process forward with the teams.

Subject : Public Notice of Disassociation & Ongoing Misrepresentation – Tree of Life | Designs™

Dear Sir / Madam,

This notice is issued to formally record and clarify a matter of ongoing misrepresentation affecting Tree of Life | Designs™, following a client communication received today that raised serious concern.

Earlier today, we were contacted by a client who referenced services and representations incorrectly attributed to our practice, using the name of a former business associate, "David" could be David Lacy, the Marketing manager & Business partner as a Fresher of Alphasia "Construction". The information conveyed to the client did not align with our scope of services, professional conduct, or contractual history, indicating continued unauthorised use and misrepresentation of our name, work, and professional record.

For the avoidance of doubt, and to place this on record:

Tree of Life | Designs™ has had no professional, commercial, or representative association with David Lacy or Hugo Lemore or Alphasia Construction since October–November 2021.
A private and formal disassociation was executed at that time, and no authority has existed since for any party to:
Represent our firm,
Reference our projects or services,
Contact clients or third parties using our name, reputation, or work history.
No Profits with only a 0.5% share and salary are paid, rest remain unpaid

Despite this, evidence now indicates that misrepresentation continues, resulting in third parties receiving false or misleading information regarding services allegedly rendered by or associated with us.

This conduct is not only professionally unethical but may constitute:
Misrepresentation and passing-off,
Unauthorised use of identity and intellectual property of our Trademark,
Potential fraud and cyber-related offences.

We further confirm that:
Relevant legal authorities (Lawyers - case evaluation is in process) have already been notified in both Dubai and India, and
All communications, call records, timestamps, and digital evidence are being formally preserved as part of ongoing proceedings and investigations.

This notice therefore serves as a public and written clarification that:
Any reference to Tree of Life | Designs™ by Lacy or Hugo Lemore (On Facebook), Alphasia Construction, or any related party is false and unauthorised Formally since October 2021 on their request.

***Any services, commitments, representations, or negotiations made under such pretence are not valid, recognised, or binding on our firm.

***We are issuing this statement in the interest of transparency, professional integrity, and to prevent further confusion or harm to clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.

***Any continued misrepresentation after receipt of this notice will be treated as wilful and deliberate, and addressed accordingly through appropriate legal and platform-based remedies.
