A Raksha Bandhan Gift - A memoir that Brought Back a Lifetime ❤️

This illustration beautifully captures her Mumbai story before she moved to the US in 1998.Her school and college days, dance and music, Mumbai locals, buses, iconic landmarks, familiar neighbourhoods, and the little moments that shaped her journey.

A thoughtful Raksha Bandhan return gift from her brother, it was more than a piece of art it was a piece of her home, her childhood, and the memories she carried across the ocean.

And when she received it in US, she was overwhelmed and in tears of happiness because sometimes, the most precious gifts aren't things we can buy… they are memories brought back to life. ❤️

There is something magical about the sea. Every wave leaves behind a story, and every shell carries the memory of its journey.

This sculpture is the interpretation of that quiet poetry.

Hand-carved from Siporex we wanted to capture not just the form of a shell, but its gentle movement the flowing curves, the soft folds, and the pearl it lovingly cradles. A reminder that life's greatest treasures are often nurtured in silence and shaped with time.
