We realised it’s been a while since we’ve talked about one of our OG menu stars, the Custard Berliner ✨

On paper, it looks simple, but when you bite into it and feel the pillowy, sugar-dusted brioche give way to that velvety custard filling, that’s when you know you’re experiencing something magical.

Our new Smoked Duck & Fig Jam Sandwich stacks tender slices of smoked duck breast, peppery arugula, sharp mustard vinaigrette, sweet-and-sticky fig jam, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze inside some beautifully toasted ciabatta.
