Project name: Marketing and Sales office for a Housing scheme, Pune

Client:

Location: Thathawade, Pune

The juxtaposed form evolved to utilise built space constrained due to the proposed road in DP which was cutting the site at an acute angle.

Large openings were introduced to get the depth of space in crunched indoor spaces.

Further, these openings were protected with customised planter screens for privacy & to cut the harsh south-west sun.

While doing their primary function, these screens and windows negotiated the thresholds, gave a glimpse of outside & also on-going work progress of the residential tower at the backside.

Location: Pune

The campus was designed to create a institutional landmark for the historic campus. With academic and residential zones segregated across the internal movement concourse.

The academic block has a podium structure that accommodates all the admin, labs and workshop areas.

Above the large podium that acts as the hub of the academic block, rises two crafted masses connected by a bridge housing the classrooms.

Location: F.C. Road, Pune

With 180 sq.ft of area, it was challenging to design a space with all the requirements for 8 -10 people but still couldn't leave books & coffee aside.

Nitch in the wall, wasn't enough to accommodate all the books of varied topics from History, Architecture, literature to urbanism which were there in the collection of and

So a plugin of 4' X 5' X 8' was added to the existing back door and the door was shifted diagonally from an existing position; to create a space for pantry, model making, printing, extra storage and BOOKS !!

and how can one ignore the glimpses of the backyard through a vertical slit window !!
