High Voltage Breakdown Tester 30 kv 50 mA -- With HV Cable

RR brings 30 kv 50 mA HV TESTER - a single unit - pack design - Easy to use - carry and transport. It weighs 50 kgs with all accessories. The High Voltage Transformer used is Expoy Moulded. The unit is manually operated - can also be made as Automatic. With Digital readouts for Breakdown voltage and Current -- the set also consists of a timer and 3 selectable levels of current setting. Protected by MCB - FUSE - Current Sensing CTs at Input and Output Sides -- ensuring maximum operator safety. High Tension Transformers is enclosed with a interlocking acrylic door --- the interlocking ensuring that HT cannot be switched on - unless the door is closed and HT switches off the instance the door is opened. The unit is supplied with a non shielded HV cable of 3 Meter length. The unit has a provision to plug in the HT cable to the transformer and conduct the Breakdown test easily. Also is combined a 3 meter earthing cable. There are indications for MAINS ON - HT OFF and HT ON. HT ON is also indicated by a continuous beep when test is in process. Push buttons for HT ON and HT OFF.
The set is designed as a carry box with a closing lid to protect the unit in transit and when not in use.The carrying handles and castor wheels make the unit portable. The unit weighs 50 kgs. All components used adhere to CE ratings or equivalent -- right from the transformer and variac from our own production - to switch gears from Schneider . Every component meets the quality a customer would expect from a international test equipment but at the most reasonable cost. The test comes complete with 2 copies of instruction manual , test report, spares , a one year manufacturers warranty and the high quality our customers expect from RR.

OIl Test Set is used to measure the Insulation property of insualting oils like Transformer Oil - Capacitor Oil. RR Oil Test Sets also known as OIl Breakdown Voltage Testers gives a precise measurement of OIL BDV VALUE at an economic price. The set is available in 60kv - 80 kv - 100 kv and 120 kv models. All units adhere to IS 6792. With digital measurement of BDV - Instant tripping at occurence of the first arc. All components used adhere to CE standards of equivalent. The Epoxy Transformer used is our own make and is operational upto 100 K Test cylces. With a dual trip system at both High And Low voltage ends - a precise reading of BDV value is ensured - with utmost safety to user. A neat layout of the instrument and easy to follow and use - makes testing of oil samples and easy task. The unit can also be equipped with NON CONTACT MAGNETIC STIRRER. The set is designed to ensure that the instrument can be carried to test sites and can be shipped without damage.

Our R&D team is working on a new 100 KV BDV which will be low weight and also cost effective without any compromise on the quality ensured by RR.
