M25 graded concrete only used for construction.Which is the main thing. This technology is our own building technology.This is developed by a retired overseer of Kerala PWD. ld in both private and government. The first or experimental construction was the construction of 'St.Joseph's Forane Church Undancode'.That have a floor area about 7500 sq.ft. and 27 meter height(front tower).The 'wall thickness is only 15 cms'. method of construction:
In this method, we constructing structures only with concrete of grade M25(footing-basement-plinth beam-lintel-wall-frames of window&doors,ventilators etc.).
1.The molds for structures are prepared from workshop.
2.The TMT bars are tied as per structural design
3.Boxes for electric wiring are tied.
4.Molds are arranged in the correct place.
5.The M25 graded concrete is filled in molds.
6.The molds removed.
7.The electrical wiring completes
8.The walls are finished with putty.
