⁨ واجهة سكنية معاصرة لثلاثة منازل متجاورة، صُممت لتحقيق التوازن بين هوية كل منزل ووحدة المشروع ككل، من خلال تكوينات هندسية متوازنة تعزز الإحساس بالعمق والكتلة وتمنح الواجهة حضوراً معمارياً متناسقاً.

اعتمد التصميم على خامات طبيعية بألوان هادئة تجمع بين الحجر الفاتح والخشب الدافئ مع لمسات سوداء أنيقة، إضافةً إلى دراسة دقيقة للنسب المعمارية، وتوزيع الكتل، والإضاءة، للوصول إلى واجهة تجمع بين الجانب الوظيفي والقيمة الجمالية، مع إخراج بصري احترافي مستوحى من أعلى معايير ArchViz العالمية.

A contemporary residential façade designed for three adjoining homes, carefully composed to balance the individuality of each residence while maintaining a unified architectural identity. The arrangement of architectural volumes creates depth, visual rhythm, and a refined presence across the entire frontage.

The design features a harmonious palette of light natural stone, warm timber, and elegant black accents, complemented by carefully studied proportions, massing, and lighting to achieve a façade that balances functionality with timeless aesthetics. The project is presented through a premium architectural visualization inspired by international ArchViz standards, highlighting the design with exceptional realism and attention to detail.

تصميم مخطط وواجهة منزل بقياس 10×15 متر في مدينة الموصل يحتوي على درج خارجي، بأسلوب مودرن بسيط يلبي رغبة الزبون في الجمع بين الجمال والوظيفة. تم اعتماد توزيع عملي للفضاءات الداخلية مع واجهة عصرية بخطوط نظيفة وتفاصيل أنيقة تمنح المنزل طابعاً حديثاً ومميزاً.

تم تصميم مخطط وواجهة منزل بأبعاد 20 × 24 متر في قضاء الشرقاط، حيث تم توزيع الفراغات الداخلية بطريقة مدروسة تحقق التوازن بين الوظيفة والجمالية، بما يتناسب مع احتياجات الزبون ونمط حياتهم اليومي.

كما تم تصميم الواجهة بأسلوب النيوكلاسيك (Neoclassical)، وفق رغبة الزبون، لتعكس طابعاً أنيقاً يجمع بين الحداثة والفخامة الكلاسيكية في آنٍ واحد.

A house plan and facade were designed with dimensions of 20 × 24 meters in the district of Al-Shirqat. The interior spaces were carefully distributed to achieve a balance between functionality and aesthetics, in accordance with the client’s requirements and daily lifestyle.

The facade was designed in a Neoclassical style, based on the client’s preference, reflecting an elegant character that blends modernity with classical sophistication.
