MARCHIO CAT

Lo scorso sabato 3 giugno in Piazza Buondelmonti ad Impruneta ha avuto luogo la cerimonia della “Marchiatura pezzo 0” : Sannini come altre fornaci del Comune può ora fregiarsi del marchio CAT (Ceramiche Artistiche Tradizionali ) .
“È un momento storico per le ceramiche d’Impruneta - ha detto il Sindaco , dopo 27 anni anche le nostre gloriose fornaci di altissima qualità si possono fregiare del marchio CAT, un brand illustre e prestigioso che premia una lunga tradizione di lavoro, impegno e capacità artigiana".
Il primo marchio CAT è stato apposto su un dei nostri manufatti più belli : la Madonna dell’Impruneta , una meravigliosa tavola di cm 60 x cm 110 .

STAMP "CAT"
On Saturday, June 3rd - 2017, it took place the ceremony for the marking of the piece "0" in Buondelmonti square in Impruneta (Florence - Italy): Sannini Impruneta like other manufactures of the municipality can boast now of the trademark "CAT" (Traditional Artistic Ceramics).
"The Mayor said to witness an historic moment for the manufactures of Impruneta, in fact, after 27 years, our glorious factories can count on such CAT label, an unique and prestigious brand which rewards a long tradition of work, effort and craftsmanship".
The first stamp CAT was applied on one of our most beautiful manufactured goods: the Madonna from Impruneta, a marvelous table of 60 x 110 cm.

Architettura Ecocompatibile
Eco-friendly Architecture

L’Architettura contemporanea pone sempre più attenzione a ciò che viene definito “Bioarchitettura”, vale a dire l’insieme delle discipline dell’architettura che presuppongono un atteggiamento ecosostenibilmente corretto nei confronti dell’ecosistema. La Bioarchitettura pertanto è rispettosa dei principi della sostenibilità, ed il suo obbiettivo è quello di definire un rapporto corretto tra l’ambiente ed il costruito, soddisfacendo i bisogni delle generazioni attuali, senza compromettere le risorse naturali future. Tra i molti principi progettuali alla base della Bioarchitettura, si evidenzia quello legato all’utilizzo di materiali biocompatibili e tra questi sicuramente il Cotto, rappresenta un componente per l’Architettura di largo uso, sia come elemento per rivestimento pavimentale che parietale. Il Cotto è un prodotto del tutto naturale, ottenuto dalla somma di elementi quali: fuoco, aria, acqua e terra, è biocompatibile, quindi non inquina l’ambiente e , come tutti i materiali naturali, è al tempo stesso ecosostenibile.

The contemporary Architecture is paying even more attention to whatever named "Bio-Architecture" or better said, the set of architectural disciplines that presuppose an eco-sustainably correct attitude towards the ecosystem. The Bio-Architecture is respectful so for the sustainability principles and its focus is to define a correct balance between the environment and constructing, matching the expectation of current generations without affecting the future natural sources.
Among those many design points at the base of Bio-Architecture, the one of using eco-friendly materials is particularly highlighted and the Cotto surely represents a component for the Architecture on wide scale, as well for classic flooring/facing as wall cladding. Such Cotto is a purely genuine product obtained by elements like: fire, air, water and earth, is biocompatible, respecting so the environment and on the same time, like all other natural materials, eco-sustainable.

Il Cotto ha una storia antica. E’ materia che respira e che ha la capacità di cambiare col tempo , facendo suoi gli elementi della terra, assorbendone sfumature e colori. Semplice miscela di "fuoco-aria-acqua-terra si impone come prodotto naturale che può caratterizzare ambienti rustici, dimore raffinate, facciate tecnologiche, rinnovando in ogni occasione il proprio stretto legame con i valori più alti della lavorazione artigianale. Potremmo dire che nel Cotto Sannini si trasformano in “grazia” la forza della terra e l’ingegno dell’uomo.

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH VILLAGE SAN DIEGO , CALIFORNIA, USA

Nel progetto dell’Arch. David Keitel - domusstudio architecture per la Presbyterian Church Village in San Diego, California USA è stata scelta una pavimentazione in cotto Sannini “ Poggio Sannini Flash” fornito già trattato pronto per la posa.
Il nostro Cotto con le proprie caratteristiche variazioni cromatiche, si armonizza “naturalmente” con gli altri materiali scelti per questa costruzioni: legno nel soffitto e negli arredi, mosaici e decori in cotto e marmo.

Poggio Flash by Sannini Impruneta was selected, as endtreated flooring element, for the project "Presbyterian Church Village in San Diego, CA - USA" designed by Arch. David Keitel of Domus Studio Architecture.
Our Cotto with the own chromaticity and nuances matches naturally to the other materials employed into this construction: wood for the ceiling and furnishing, mosaics and decors of Cotto and marble.

PAVIMENTAZIONE REPULSE BAY ROAD HONG KONG
Repulse Bay project evidenzia un uso contemporaneo del Cotto d'Impruneta di Sannini in ambiente esterno commerciale ad alto passaggio pedonale, ove il progettista ha voluto giocare con materiali di varia natura e combinare, sotto un piacevole disegno geometrico, il Cotto con una pietra naturale di diversa cromia che ben si amalgamano fra di loro ed integrano con l'ambiente circostante.
Il materiale fornito è la serie Superficie FlashSystem, prodotto già trattato-finito in Sannini, con finitura opaca specifica per esterno, che non necessita di particolare manutenzione dopo la posa e capace di tollerare l'alto traffico e di preservare le sue caratteristiche fisico-tecnico davanti alle forti oscillazioni climatiche.

REPULSE BAY, HONG KONG - OUTDOOR FLOORING
Repulse Bay project emphasizes a contemporary application of Cotto from Impruneta by Sannini to commercial exterior areas with high pedestrian traffic, where the designer wanted to play with different materials and to combine, under a pleasant geometric pattern, Cotto with natural stone of different chromia, which get along well each other and integrate to the surrounding environment.

The supplied product line, Superficie FlashSystem, is a material already end-treated at Sannini's factory, processed by a specific matt finish for outdoor, which doesn't need any particular maintenance after laying and able to stand the high traffic and to preserve its physical-technical characteristics in front of strong climatic fluctuations.

FACCIATE VENTILATE PER EDIFICIO PER UFFICI A GALLARATE VARESE
L’edificio è situato in posizione strategica nella città di Gallarate (VA) lungo una via ad alta percorrenza, che conduce all’aeroporto di Milano Malpensa.
Il progettista ha voluto creare un edificio che rispondesse alle esigenze della committenza ed al tempo stesso avesse un forte impatto visivo sulle costruzioni circostanti. L’alternarsi di grandi superfici vetrate al Cotto e al rame caratterizza l’edificio in ogni sua parte. La scelta di questi materiali è stata dettata dal contrasto cromatico tra cotto e rame e come riferimento alla tradizione industriale locale.
L’elemento Sannini scelto è la doga estradosso sagomato finitura Litos , che si armonizza perfettamente con gli altri materiali utilizzati per questa facciata : il vetro dagli effetti trasparenti e permeabili tra interno ed esterno ed il rame con i suoi contrasti di brillantezza e riflessi cangianti.

CURTAIN WALLS FOR BUILDING FOR OFFICED TO GALLARATE VARESE
The construction is located strategically in the city of Gallarate (VA) - Italy, long an high traffic road leading to the airport of Milan Malpensa.
The designer created a building matching the client's expectations but, on the same time, also having a strong visual impact on the surrounding edifices. The alternating of large glass surfaces with Cotto and Copper characterizes it in its entirety. The selection of these materials was due to the chromatic contrast between Cotto and Copper and, moreover, as reference to the local industrial tradition.
The material in charge by Sannini was the "T-Element - finish Litos", which harmonizes perfectly with those employed for such wall cladding: Glass from transparent and permeable effects between in- and outdoor; Copper from own brilliance contrast and shimmering effects.

Per la pavimentazione esterna di una grande villa residenziale in Florida sono stati impiegati i nostri elementi listello Externa 7x30x5 cm finitura Fornace , scelti dalla ampia gamma che mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri clienti.
Il cotto Sannini è risultato il materiale ideale per questo progetto: le sue qualità cromatiche e materiche lo trasformano esso stesso in un elemento di arredo, sia per l’ingresso principale della casa che per la rampa di accesso ai garage.

Sannini Listello Externa 7 x 30 x 5 cm - finish Fornace, was selected among our wide range of terracotta elements for an outdoor flooring of an high-end villa in Florida.
The Cotto by Sannini was found to be the most suitable product for such project, as well technically as aesthetically; in fact its chromatic qualities let it result as a furnishing item as well for the main entrance as for garage ramp.

CENTRO SERVIZI DEL GRUPPO BANCARIO CREDITO VALTELLINESE
Nel caso della nuova sede CENTRO SERVIZI DEL GRUPPO BANCARIO CREDITO VALTELLINESE (Milano, Via Feltre 75) il concetto di leggerezza diventa particolarmente importante perché la morfologia dell’edificio è particolarmente compatta e complessa.
Le diverse situazioni ai vari piani ,sia per morfologia strutturale che materiali (vetro , muratura, parete tonda e rettilinea, soffitto) suggeriscono l’uso di un elemento unificatore che a seconda della superficie che incontra trova applicazioni diverse.
La proposta dell’Arch. Masella prevedeva l’uso d’un materiale tradizionale reinterpretato in maniera attuale.
Per poter soddisfare queste esigenze sono stati utilizzati due elementi in cotto naturale: nelle pareti cieche le doghe a “T” vengono posate con fughe orizzontali di 5 cm., nelle zone del frangisole la doga piana si dirada invertendo i rapporti di vuoto pieno, evidenziando una sottostruttura estremamente snella , andando a proporre un’idea di rivestimento che, giocando sui rapporti tra spazi vuoti e pieni , va ad evidenziare le caratteristiche architettoniche dell’edificio.

SERVICES CENTRE OF THE BANK GROUP - CREDITO VALTELLINESE
Concerning the new headquarter "Service Centre of the bank group - Credito Valtellinese", the concept of lightness plays a very important role, due to the particular compact and complex building morphology.
The different conditions at the storeys, as well for structural morphology as for employed materials (glass, brickwork, round and straight wall, ceiling) suggest the use of a unifying element, able to meet several applications according to the surfaces in charge.
The design by Arch. Masella foresaw the use of a traditional material, reinterpreted in a contemporary way.
In term to meet such expectations, it was proposed different elements of natural Cotto: the Doga “T” element for the blind walls, laid with horizontal joints of 5 cm, while, for the curtain walls, the cladding with Doga “Flat” thins out reversing the balance between empty and full, showing an extremely slim substructure and proposing an idea of covering which, playing with relations between empty and full spaces, remarks the architectural characteristics of the building.
