Holcim Awards - Lebanon The LafargeHolcim Awards is an international competition that recognizes innovative projects and future-oriented concepts on regional and global levels.

The competition seeks projects that demonstrate an ability to stretch conventional notions about sustainable building and also balance environmental, social and economic performance – while also exemplifying architectural excellence and a high degree of transferability. Organized by the Swiss-based Holcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction the competition is conducted simultaneously in five regions of the world in 2013/14 followed by a global phase in 2015. Group companies of Holcim Ltd contribute to the international awareness of the competition and encourage sustainable construction with eco-efficient building materials, innovative solutions and value-adding services. This competition is proudly supported by Holcim Lebanon. Find out more about the Awards at www.holcimawards.org or contact the Holcim Awards Coordinator in Lebanon.
