Morning everyone
I have always thought it was important for me to take personal responsibility for my teams. I take personal responsibility for their engagement, their effort, their ex*****on, their energy, and their experience. If they are performing to the standards that I have set, then it is my job to figure out how to motivate them or better teach them.

I think one of the most important things that we do as coaches is create an experience. I want the experience of my athletes to be the best experience possible. That doesn't always mean that it will be fun. It means that it will be meaningful. They will grow. They will experience joy. Hopefully, they will win/compete to there best and win a lot of races. They will learn how to be better teammates and better people. They will know that they are valued, appreciated, and loved, and they will know that they have a world of potential inside of them and that I will help them live up to it.

We have to take our teams' and our athletes' performance, growth, and experience personally. We have to take their performance and experience personally. We have to make sure that we are doing our part to make it a meaningful experience.

Excellence is not random, it’s a habit that is nurtured until it becomes a part of who we are...It’s an intentional standard we set for ourselves with minimal compromise!

We are raising money in order to ship track and field gears to Montego Bay Jamaica that was donated to the team.

My passion is more than just a whistle and a stop watch. I don’t coach from YouTube videos nor assumptions. I coach off science and most importantly I coach from my heart. Trust me when you see these kids flourish from the knowledge that you give them, it’s priceless and it will fulfill every thing that you can imagine‼️

Release Your Child to the Athletic Experience - By releasing your child to the sport and the coach, you are telling them that their successes, failures, & problems are theirs. Other than athletics, there are not many places where you can say, "This is your thing." Athletics is also one of the best places for them to learn to take risks and to learn about failure without it crippling them for life.
