What You Will Do:
* Identify and onboard new residential and commercial properties under our management.
* Source, pitch, and build strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
* Market managed properties to maintain high occupancy rates.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or field marketing (experience in real estate or property management is a major plus).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* A go-getter attitude with the ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
* Deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
