This being the teams latest proposal we went for a modernistic design outlook following the clients brief request .we had a simple colour pallete for our entire project with a contrast of grey and brown and a blend of white , we settled for a natural finish to define our colour pallete which were blue hammered natural Bush stone clad and treated timber vertical slats for balconies .we were to house private accommodation on the midfloor with maximum lighting with a central staircase.
On the top most floor /terrace it was supposed to accommodate a recreation room bedroom depending on clients choice which opens up to a huge rooftop terrace.

The Convex studio's design team is dedicated to illuminating your world hence final proposal we opted to play around with the forms to bring out a horizontal outstretch for the front facade. Moreover contrasting with a vertical outstretch feel, residents are to mark their entry through loose gravel or via an interlocking permeable membrane, they are then to meet the carport at the entrance, and access to the living room opens via a kitchen wing. Thinking of setting up a place you can call home ??

This is our latest proposal at Convex Design Studio. We chose to go a notch higher than our norm. At the initial stage of our concept development, we chose a rustic outlook as the major driver of the project, which would perfectly blend in with its immediate environment and create a serene environment for a countryside home. This was not only evident in the external cladding but also created a lot of relaxation spots within the house with a key privacy gradient of spaces in mind. Our goal as a Convex Team was to CREATE A HOME FROM A HOUSE

This being the team final proposal we opted to achieve a composite architectural style of both the contextual age or modern as we all know with a seamless blend of the classical style to give the client some sense of class and royalty, with a warm play of colors for the exterior with a white base color, we were able to achieve an architectural dialogue that we believe will speak for itself when the design is actualized, we opted for a modernistic interior look with a warm color to reduce energy usage for the interiors

We 👷🏽‍♂️👷🏽‍♀️as the design team opted for white light LED recessed lights , specifically the PSALI ones to help in mimicking the ☁️ illuminance for a smooth overlay to the white interior,which also very suitable for a working environment 🌳🪨🐘

The goal💫 was to create🧱 a functional yet simple open office🏭 layout with a white color theme dominating the space with a less but contrasting colour from the interior fixture ,to help in achieving a simple🤲🏼 yet modernistic outlook as well as breaking the monotony💯💫

The design brief was to create a 32 1 bedroom unit spacious ,with enough light access ,the site was on a slightly flat terrain that did not pose alot of challenge to its implementation
The target market was young professionals looking for passive income, the challenge was to design a simple layout plan with plain cement paint coating for the exterior, with a contrasting play of color to bring it out ideally and make it easier to sell
The design team Con. Stu was able to accommodate a roof terrace garden and a central core courtyard that created a wind path that enhances natural ventilation for the houses
