In building construction, it is not who can build but who can you trust with your building construction project. How do you explain a construction site engineer inserting a 4 inches mechanical pipe into a beam compromising the strength and size of that beam. As you can see the pipe has taken over the space concrete mix should have filled.
What is the result? Structural failure. This beam here will nolonger serve its purpose optimally and that is a huge defect. And that this abnormally is carried out very close to a cantilever is the height of professional irresponsibility.
I repeat, the greatest people to fear in this construction industry are not quacks alone but those ones with certificates to defend their incompetence.
