VPA Engineering is the first French-Cambodian constructions engineering and designs company in Cambodia with extensive experiences in all kinds of structures (reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, steel structures, wooden structures) and civil engineering. VPA Engineering has been established since 2007 in Phnom Penh – Cambodia by Vily PANN, French-Cambodian structural engineer graduated fro

m HEI school (Industrial High Studies) of LILLE (France) and from CHEC (High Studies Center of Construction), section CHEBAP (High Studies Centre of Reinforced and Pre-stressed Concrete) of Paris. VPA Engineering is recognized, since its creation, to be the only French-Khmer engineering company who is technically reliable, financially economic in the region. It is also recognized to be able to deal with the large-scale projects and with structurally complicated projects with 10 years experience in different studier office and company in France.
