Chungbuk Agricultural Research and Development Institute, ‘Agricultural Smart Green House’ patented technology transferred to industry!
On the 12th, the Chungbuk Agricultural Research and Extension Services (Director Seo Hyeong-ho) commercialized the patented technology for the new structure house, 'Agricultural Smart Green House', with three companies including Iru Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Bong-jun), Leegeum Industry (CEO Kim Seok-gyu), and Guil Architects Office (CEO Cho Wook). It was announced that a contract had been signed.
The ‘smart greenhouse patented technology’ developed this time can reduce high-temperature temperatures by improving the ventilation structure at the front and back of the house. The energy-saving heating technology that uses heated water to heat the roots of crops using surplus heat from the sun inside the house and the open/close device was integrated.
Once this technology is spread, it is expected that not only will it be possible to lay the foundation for the stable production and supply of facility horticulture crops, but it will also increase the competitiveness of farms by reducing the management costs of facility horticulture crops and improving the productivity of growers.
