Smart Lighting Engineering: Classic Design Meets Sustainable Energy at Doha Port
At D. Master Builders (dmb), we are proud to execute the solar lighting pole and Bollards projects at Doha Port in Qatar, representing a unique fusion of architectural art and technical innovation. These poles were designed with a classic character that fully harmonizes with the maritime environment, integrating the latest smart city technologies—including solar energy, integrated surveillance, and audio systems—into a single aesthetic unit. The journey of quality begins in our factory by hand-casting aluminum into precision CNC carved molds, followed by intensive manual sanding to achieve a flawless finish, leading to the Electrostatic Powder Coating stage. To ensure durability, we cast thick aluminum pieces that works as decorative pole’s skin, for the steel structural design, we rely on internal steel plates, including thick Hot Dip Galvanized steel pipes, protecting the pole from extreme harsh weather, and protecting the sensitive electric and electronic systems too. Reflecting dmb’s craftsmanship in the region's most prominent projects.
