The façade is articulated through layered geometric forms, recessed balconies, and vertical timber screens that provide both privacy and passive solar protection. A restrained palette of exposed concrete, natural timber, and neutral finishes is complemented by lush landscape elements, creating a harmonious balance between modernity and nature.
A rooftop garden and vertical green wall further reinforce the home's connection to its environment, enhancing visual appeal while contributing to a cooler, more sustainable microclimate. Behind its refined street presence, the design prioritizes openness, natural light, ventilation, and comfortable living through carefully considered spatial planning.
