We are excited to share one of our latest studio house designs, located along the Kegalle-Polgahawela main road. This project balances high-traffic accessibility with a serene, minimalist lifestyle.

The Design Highlights:
Multifunctional Ground Floor: Designed to serve as a seamless extension of the adjacent restaurant, the open-plan lower level features a spacious dining area, visitor washrooms, and a functional carport.

Private Studio Living: The upper level houses a cozy two-bedroom studio apartment, perfectly suited for modern, compact living.

Peaceful Roof Terrace: A dedicated space to unwind, offering a quiet escape from the bustle of the road.

Scenic Facade: Modern minimalist lines frame breathtaking mountain views right across the main road.

Blending commercial utility with residential tranquility, this design focuses on spatial efficiency and "Hygge" inspired simplicity.

Boxes and rigid lines 🖤
This house got a complete facelift! The old-fashioned garage and front facade are now replaced with a modern two-story terrace using boxy design, modern architectural language with rustic finishes.
පැරණි නිවසේ ඉදිරි මුහුණතට සහ ගරාජයට අලුත් පෙනුමක්.මෙහිදී සෘජු සහ සරළ රේඛාමය ස්වරූප වලින් සැලැස්ම නිර්මාණය වූ අතර නිවස ඇතුලත ඉඩකඩ වඩා උචිත වන ලෙස වෙනස් කරන ලදී.

Python coding + Revit - pyRevit😈
We tested a custom pyRevit plugin to automate survey plan scaling inside Revit. By inputting the original land plot dimensions, the tool converts drawings accurately to true 1:1 scale, saving time and improving modeling precision.

The coding framework for this custom tool was generated and refined using Gemini
