🏗️ Office Building for Colombo Municipal Council | 15 Years of Engineering Excellence

🏛️ Designed for the Colombo Municipal Council — Sri Lanka's oldest and largest local government authority, this modern office building reflects a commitment to functionality, efficiency and contemporary public infrastructure.

Spanning over 10,450 m² across five levels, including a basement, the development was designed to meet the evolving needs of one of the country's most important public institutions.

📐 As the Structural Engineering Consultant, CSEC developed the structural engineering design that brought this vision to life. A defining feature of the project is its 13-metre cantilevered slab — an engineering statement that showcases the innovative structural solutions and technical precision required to achieve both architectural intent and structural performance.

Every successful structure is the result of thoughtful engineering, close collaboration and attention to detail. This project stands as another example of CSEC's dedication to delivering resilient, efficient and forward-thinking structural solutions that support Sri Lanka's built environment.
