Proud to share a practical automation demo using KEYENCE KV-40AR PLC 🎨⚙️
In this project, a painting machine was programmed, downloaded to the PLC, and successfully run in real time.
The logic was developed using KV Studio (Ladder Programming) with proper I/O mapping, internal relays, timers, and sequence control.

මෙම system එකේ අරමුණ වන්නේ tube වල උස මත පදනම්ව හොඳ (GOOD) tube එකක් ද නැත්තම් දෝෂ සහිත (BAD) tube එකක්ද යන්න හඳුනාගෙන හොඳ tube එක conveyor මඟින් ඉදිරියට යැවීමත්, BAD tube එක reject actuator එකෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමත් සිදු කිරීමයි.
🔄 Auto Mode:
Load actuator එකෙන් tube එකක් conveyor එකට දමයි.
Conveyor motor එක ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙයි.
Hi sensor සහ Lo sensor මඟින් tube එකේ height මැනේ.
GOOD tube → conveyor end
BAD tube → Reject actuator මඟින් ඉවත් කෙරේ.
End sensor එක මඟින් cycle එක reset වෙයි.
🕹️ Manual Mode:
Operator ට Conveyor Motor එක, Load actuator, Rejector actuator වෙන වෙනම පාලනය කරන්න පුළුවන්.

Emergency pushbutton
Control ON/OFF
Auto/Manual selector
💡 Logic එක SCL, සහ LAD දකෙන්ම සංවර්ධනය කර ඇත.
