ආයුබෝවන්!

ජපන් භාෂාව හා යන්ත්‍ර ක්‍රියාකරු (Buldozer & Excavator) වෙනුවෙන් අප ආයතනය විසින් ජපානයේ අනුග්‍රහය ඇතිව නොමිලේ නේවාසිකව ලබා දෙන පුහුණුව සඳහා මුල් වටයේ වයස 20ත් 31ත් අතර පිරිමි අයදුම් කරුවන් 30 දෙනෙක් තෝරා ගැනීම වෙනුවෙන් සම්මුක පරීක්ෂණ මැයි මස 3 වන දින පැවැත්වේ. මේ සඳහා ඔබ දන්නා අය සිටී නම් මේ සමග ඇති අයදුම් පත පුරවා හැකි ඉක්මනින් පහත ලිපිනයට හෝ [email protected]

*සිතන්නට යමක්*

දේශපාලකයින්ගේ පටු අදහස් මුදුන් පමුණුවා ගැනීම් වෙනුවෙන් දියත් කල km 100,000 සුදු අලි ව්‍යාපෘතිය, ඉදිකිරීම් කරුවන් නගා සිටුවන ව්‍යාපෘතියක් බවට පුරසාරම් දෙසා එයට නායකත්වය දුන් ඉහල නිලධාරින්, වරින් වර අත්තනෝමතික ලෙස ක්‍රියා කර විවිධ ලෙස අප ඉදිකිරීම් කරුවන් අසරණ භාවයට පත් කිරීමේ ඉහලම තැනට රැගෙන ගොස්, අවසානයේ කල වැඩ වෙනුවෙන් මුදල් ලබා, සැනසුම් සුසුමක් හෙලීම වෙනුවෙන් අපට තිබු බලාපොරොත්තුවද අපෙන් අහිමි කර, ප්‍රශ්න ඉදිකිරීම් කරුවන් මතම තබා පලා යන ස්වභාවයක් පෙනෙන්නට තිබේ.

මේ වෙනුවෙන් හඬක් නැගීමට 19 දින අප හා එක්වන්න. දැවැන්ත උද්ගෝෂණය වෙනුවෙන් පළාත් 9 නියෝජනය කරමින් පැමිණෙන ඉදිකිරීම් කරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් ශක්තියක් වන්න!

Progress Report 2019 - 2022

The 29th AGM of Central provincial Branch was held on 26th July 2019 at Grand Kandyan Hotel Kandy and new director board including the Hony. Chairman was appointed for 2019/2021. Specially, the new Hony. chairman, Eng W.M.D.Walisundara was proposed and selected by the general membership at the AGM without any election. Following other positions too appointed. Hony. Vice Chairman: Mr.S.W. Gunawardhana/ Hony. Secretary: Mr. W.W.A. Bandara / Hony. Treasurer: Mr. E.B. Bandaranayake / Hony. Directors: Mr. W.M.A.P. Bandara/ Mr.P.A. Muthubanda/ Mr. W.W.M.T. Wijethunga/ Mr. K.A. Ekanayake/ Mr. B.D. Wickraamasinghe/ Mr. J.B. Wijekoon/ Mr. A.B. Wijerathne/ Mr. D.M. Wickramasuriya/ Mr. R.G.C. Senevirathne/ Mr.U.G. Abeykoon

Annual Get Togethers –
After the election of new office bearers at the AGM held in central province branch, the new office bearers under the leadership of Chairman Eng W.M.D, Walisundara were able to held annual get-togethers for consecutive there years in a grand manner at the hotel Oakray Regency despite the pandemic situation of the country with all safety precautions to promote camaraderie among the members of the branch. There were significant participation at each and every get together and it was a good opportunity to enhance the bond among members.

Member Welfare Activities –
We have provided an amount of 500,000/= as funeral donations to 10 member families in the last 3 years of the branch.
Corporate Social Responsibility -
We were privileged to contribute Rs 500,000 collected from our own members to the Covid - 19 President's Fund donated by the National Construction Association of Sri Lanka
Workshops Conducted –
Conducting an awareness CPD program jointly by the NCASL and the CIDA under the sponsorship of INSEE Cement on 01-10-2019 at Earl Regency in Thennekumbura.

A Member Awareness CPD Program on “Variation Extension and Claims” conducted by ACTA at our Branch Auditorium which was organized by the branch on 13-12-2019.

A Member Awareness CPD Program on “Variation Procedures & Extra Works” conducted by ACTA at our Branch Auditorium which was organized by the branch on 13-12-2019.
All three workshops had a satisfactory membership participation and participants were awarded a certificate with 10 CCD marks.

Future plans...

*Buying a land around Kandy and constructing a building with a laboratory and accommodation for the members of the association coming from outside the province.
*Talking actions to fulfil the ultimate vision of the Association.

*Enhancing the membership of the registered contractors in the central branch and retaining them.

*Increasing and encouraging Attitudes, Technology, Administration and knowledge by conducting seminars and conferences.

*Helping the members and their families at their difficult times, enhancing the bond and relationship and also making opportunities to manage mental and physical stability.
