Of Hope
🍀Home of Hope campaign နဲ့ ရံပုံငွေ ရှာဖွေခဲ့ပြီး အခြား ကူညီထောက်ပံ့သူများစွာ ရဲ့ ငွေကြေးများနဲ့ စီစဉ်ခဲ့တဲ့
ငလျင်ဘေးဒဏ်သင့်ဒေသများရှိ အိမ်ပြန်လည်မဆောက်နိုင်တဲ့ မိသားစုများကို နေအိမ်များပြန်လည်ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးရေး ပရောဂျက်ကို Home of Hope လို့ပဲ နာမည်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
🍀Home of Hope ပရောဂျက်အတွက် NOW bamboo construction group မှ လူအင်အား ၊နည်းပညာများ၊ လိုအပ်တဲ့ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးစက်ပစ္စည်းများ စိုက်ထုတ်ခဲ့တဲ့အပြင် ပရောဂျက်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးကိုပါ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး အကျိူးအမြတ် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာ မယူခဲ့တာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
🍀Home of Hope ပရောဂျက်ရဲ့ အဓိက ရည်ရွယ်ချက် က တော့ ငလျင်ဘေးကြောင့် နေအိမ်များ ပြိုပျက်ထိခိုက် သူများစွာ ရှိပေမယ့် အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် အလှူငွေများ လက်ခံမရရှိခြင်း နှင့် ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးခြင်း တို့ကြောင့် နေအိမ်ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ရန် အလွန်ခက်ခဲနေတဲ့ မိသားစုများကို မြေပြင်တွင် ကွင်းဆင်းရှာဖွေ၍ နေအိမ်များပြန်လည်ဆောက်လုပ်လှူဒါန်းခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီလို အလွန်ခက်ခဲနေတဲ့ အမှန်တကယ်လိုအပ်သူများကို ဆောက်လုပ်ပေးရတာ ဖြစ်လို့ မြေပြင်ကွင်းဆင်းခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ လူအင်အား နဲ့ အချိန် များစွာ အသုံးပြုခဲ့ရပြီး ယခုအချိန်မှာတော့ Home of Hope ပရောဂျက်ရဲ့
ပထမဆုံး အိမ်ပိုင်ရှင် မိသားစု (၃)စု ပေါ်ထွက်လာပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မန္တလေးတိုင်း၊တံတားဦးခရိုင်၊အင်းဝမြို့ဟောင်း၊ပန်းပဲတန်းရပ်မှာ နေထိုင်ကြတဲ့ မိသားစု တွေဖြစ်ကြပြီး သူတို့ရဲ့ အဓိက အလုပ်အကိုင်များဟာ သရက်ချဉ်လှီးတဲ့ အလုပ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သူတို့ရဲ့ နေ့စဉ်ဝင်ငွေဟာ မြင့်တက်လာတဲ့ ကုန်ကျစားရိတ်တွေကြောင့် အဆင်မပြေတဲ့ အချိန်မှာ ငလျင်ဘေးကြီးနဲ့ ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရပြီး နေအိမ်တွေ ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရတာကြောင့် သူတို့ဟာ အိမ်ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက်ရန် အခက်အခဲကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ကြတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
🍀ယခုနေအိမ်များကို ကနဦး က ၂၅ သိန်းမှ ၃၀သိန်း ကြားကျသင့်မယ်လို့ ခန့်မှန်းခဲ့ပေမယ့် မြင့်တက်လာသောကုန်ပစ္စည်းစျေးနှုန်းများနဲ့ မမျှော်လင့်ထားသောမြေပြင်အခြေအနေများကြောင့် အိမ်တစ်လုံးကို ၅၅သိန်းကျပ် ကျသင့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
🍀အိမ်များကို အပူချိန်လျော့ချပေးနိုင်တဲ့စတေကာ ကပ်ထားတဲ့ သွပ်အမိုးပြားများ၊ အရည်အသွေးကောင်းပြီးရေရှည်ခံနိုင်တဲ့ ဝါးထရံများ၊ ပိုးမထိုးစေရန် ဆေးသွင်းပေါင်းခံထားတဲ့ ဝါးများ ၊ သစ်များ နဲ့ ပေါင်းစပ်ဆောက်လုပ်ထားပြီး အိမ်ရှင်ရဲ့ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ၁၅ နှစ်နဲ့ အထက် ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိမယ်လို့ ခန့်မှန်းထားပါတယ်။
🍀ကျနော် ကိုယ်တိုင် လက်ရှိ မြေပြင်မှာ ရောက်ရှိနေပြီး ဒေသခံစေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်သားများ နဲ့ အတူနေအိမ်များ ဆက်လက်ဆောက်လုပ်သွားဖို့ လုပ်ဆောင်နေပါတယ်။

of Hope
Through the Home of Hope campaign and various fundraising efforts, along with generous contributions from supporters, we launched a project to rebuild homes for families in earthquake-affected regions who were unable to restore their own. The project was named Home of Hope.
For this initiative, the NOW bamboo construction group provided manpower, technical expertise, and necessary construction equipment. They also managed the entire project—without taking any profit.
Purpose of Home of Hope
The main goal of the Home of Hope project is to identify and rebuild homes for families who suffered severe damage or total loss of their homes due to the earthquake but have no means of reconstruction, either because they didn’t receive donations or due to financial hardship.
We physically visited and assessed the communities most in need, and began rebuilding homes directly for the most vulnerable families. This involved extensive fieldwork, time, and manpower.
First Families to Receive Homes
As of now, the first three families have received their new homes through the Home of Hope project. These families live in:
Innwa Old Town, Pan Pae Tan Ward, Tada-U District, Mandalay Region:
Their main source of income is from processing sour mangoes. However, due to rising daily expenses, their earnings have become insufficient. When the earthquake struck, they lost their homes and were left struggling to rebuild them.
Originally, we estimated the cost per house to be between 2.5 to 3 million MMK (Kyat). However, due to rising material costs and unexpected ground conditions, the final cost per house was approximately 5.5 million MMK.
Construction Quality
Each home is built using:
•Zinc roofing sheets with heat-resistant styrofoam lining
•High-quality, long-lasting bamboo walls
•Bamboo and timber treated with anti-pest solutions
Based on maintenance by the homeowner, the homes are expected to last 15+ years.
I am currently on-site, working alongside local volunteers and construction workers to continue building more homes. With the funds we have now, we can build about 18 homes. However, many more families remain in need, and we are committed to helping them too.
