Since 2012, the ILO has been training leaders of basic labour organizations, factory managers, and employers’ representatives on the principle of Freedom of Association, one of the ILO’s Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and a key element in building democracy in Myanmar. The workshops also build skills which contribute to constructive and harmonious industrial relations. The Freedom of As
