At MJMDA, every project follows a proven, structured process - from the first conversation to long after completion. Our Integrated Design & Delivery System [IDDS] ensures clarity, quality, and a seamless client experience at every stage.
Birth of a Dream. We begin by understanding you, your vision, and your project in full. This stage covers client onboarding, project goals and brief, budget alignment, process overview, site survey, and contract signing.
Seeing Through the Fog (8–12 weeks) We translate your vision into a clear design direction. This includes concept design and research, detailed layouts, 3D visuals, cost estimates, an outline plan of works, and planning application submission through to determination.
Process That Crystalises the Dream (4 months) We lock in every technical detail before breaking ground. Deliverables include strategic and contract documentation, a full technical drawing pack (50–200+ drawings), a plan of works, tender management, and appointment of a Project Manager.
Making It Happen (4–36 months) We deliver the project on-site with full management and oversight - from mobilisation and RACI setup through to periodic supervision, certification, snagging, and a formal handover with project manuals.
Post-Completion Services: Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We provide ongoing maintenance support, guarantee coverage, an annual review, account management, and a client feedback process to ensure lasting satisfaction.
