Conceptually, Minim Semi-D balances the contrasts of living spaces, and allows users to play.

The open plan gets a suspended movable divider that reconfigures how the space is used: dinner party, or extended family at home: you choose. All with refined conposition, materials and mood. We built a system. Colour coding, lighting scenarios, architectural volumes, kitchen niches, an illuminated island, concealed lighting profiles. All of this stems from design thinking, so the apartment reads as a single coherent design statement.

This is the level of conceptual consistency we adhere to. It is how we create spaces that give you a sense of individuality and refinement, even in a rental apartment. A well-designed rental space can still offer a unique atmosphere, a sense of connection, and the feeling of staying somewhere truly considered rather than temporary or generic.

Today, people increasingly choose spaces not only for their location or function but also for the identity they communicate.

A defining design moment here is the entrance itself: two glossy black elements create a near-scenographic portal, setting the tone from the very first step. You move through a darker threshold, and the space gradually opens up. At MJM|DA each of our projects develops its own character and colour narrative.

Most construction projects go over budget, not because materials are expensive, but because nobody owned the full picture from day one.

Design decisions made in week 2 create cost problems in week 14. A structural choice affects interiors. An interior choice affects timelines. A timeline slip affects contracts.

The fix is to have one team that manages the entire chain from brief to ribbon-cutting and is accountable for it all.

That's the only way a building stays on budget, on time, and actually becomes what you imagined.

At MJMDA, every project follows a proven, structured process - from the first conversation to long after completion. Our Integrated Design & Delivery System [IDDS] ensures clarity, quality, and a seamless client experience at every stage.

Birth of a Dream. We begin by understanding you, your vision, and your project in full. This stage covers client onboarding, project goals and brief, budget alignment, process overview, site survey, and contract signing.

Seeing Through the Fog (8–12 weeks) We translate your vision into a clear design direction. This includes concept design and research, detailed layouts, 3D visuals, cost estimates, an outline plan of works, and planning application submission through to determination.

Process That Crystalises the Dream (4 months) We lock in every technical detail before breaking ground. Deliverables include strategic and contract documentation, a full technical drawing pack (50–200+ drawings), a plan of works, tender management, and appointment of a Project Manager.

Making It Happen (4–36 months) We deliver the project on-site with full management and oversight - from mobilisation and RACI setup through to periodic supervision, certification, snagging, and a formal handover with project manuals.

Post-Completion Services: Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We provide ongoing maintenance support, guarantee coverage, an annual review, account management, and a client feedback process to ensure lasting satisfaction.
