A refined expression of modern living.

This double storey residence is designed as part of a premium residential development, with four identical homes carefully planned within a family compound. Each home features clean architectural lines, balanced volumes, and a curated material palette. The design offers four bedrooms, all ensuite, with a seamless open plan ground floor connecting lounge, dining, and a statement display kitchen, supported by a fully functional back of house.

Upstairs, the layout transitions into a private family zone with spacious bedrooms, a family lounge, and a dedicated home office.

The exterior combines smooth off white finishes, charcoal accents, natural stone cladding, and warm timber screens, creating a timeless and sophisticated identity.

What does a COTTAGE look like when DESIGN meets INTENTION?
This 4-bedroom family cottage in Mombasa, Kenya by Maestros Designs is where simplicity meets quiet luxury.

Clean rectilinear forms, deep flat roof overhangs, and a warm palette of off-white render and natural stone create a timeless coastal expression. The double-height glazed living space floods the home with natural light, seamlessly connecting indoor living to the landscaped outdoors.

An open-plan ground floor brings together the lounge, dining, and kitchen, while the four bedrooms offer privacy, comfort, and calm—designed for real family living.

Outside, curated lawns, stepping stone pathways, and soft ambient lighting complete the experience—EFFORTLESS, FUNCTIONAL, and BEAUTIFUL.
