1.68 MWh Containerized Commercial&Industrial Energy Storage System
This newly developed energy storage system adopts an integrated containerized design with a rated energy capacity of 1.68 MWh, which is specially tailored for industrial and commercial energy storage scenarios to meet user demands for peak shaving, valley filling, power demand management, and safe energy storage.
The entire system is composed of 7 sets of 241 kWh high-voltage battery clusters. Each battery cluster is assembled by 12 series-connected lithium battery modules with specifications of 64 V and 314 Ah, forming a stable and high-capacity battery energy storage unit. The modular series-parallel configuration ensures excellent operational stability, flexible expandability and convenient maintenance of the energy storage system.
As a highly integrated all-in-one energy storage solution, the containerized system integrates core functional subsystems including battery clusters, PCS (Power Conversion System), professional fire protection modules, and liquid cooling heat dissipation systems. The built-in high-efficiency liquid cooling system achieves precise temperature control for the battery units, effectively reducing battery operating temperature differences, lowering thermal decay, and extending the cycle life of the battery system. Meanwhile, the independent and complete fire protection module provides multi-level safety protection, which can quickly respond to potential safety hazards and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the whole equipment.
With compact containerized integration, complete functional configuration and reliable performance, this 1.68 MWh energy storage system features high integration, small footprint, fast on-site deployment and low operation and maintenance cost, making it an efficient and reliable energy storage solution for industrial and commercial power optimization and energy management.
