We need an HVAC experience contractor for dismantling chilled water pumps, screw water cooled chillers, Cooling Towers, control panels and chilled water accessories.

Note, the existing installed equipment is located in Manila and after dismantling it will be shipped from Port of Manila to Port of Cebu.

An experienced Architects and MEPF specialist knows the requirements of Building Code and NFPA Standards, when an MEPF services are penetrating a Fire Rated Walls, Slabs and Partition. An experienced HVAC specialist should integrate an Automatic Chemical Dosing System for the closed loop chilled water system. Most chillers use water for heat transfer. Being operated at low temperatures, the system experiences more corrosion. Micro biological fouling, corrosion induced by anaerobic bacteria, so the water must be properly treated to prevent scaling, corrosion and biological growth.

KAMP will Design and Build the complete Automatic Chemical Dosing System to protect the HVAC equipments, control and monitoring devices.
