"Teotihuacán" 🇲🇽 México
The Toltecs—builders of the pyramid complex at Teotihuacán in Mexico gifted the planet with architectural forms and artistry embedded in a landscape of mountains, lakes, and clear water. These Toltec masters were scientists, artists, and shamans collapsed into one system; they emerged from the evolutionary mists so advanced as to shatter our modern theories. They were and are teachers of perception, expanded awareness, and profound compassion largely lost to the arrogance of Western Civilization.

Tulum 🇲🇽❤️🐠

"TULUM" (Mayan: Tulu'um) Is the site of a Pre-Columbian Maya walled city serving as a major port for "Cobá". The ruins are situated on 12-meter tall cliffs, along the east coast of the Yucatán Península of the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, México.
Tulum was one of the last cities inhabited and built by the Mayas, it was at its height between the 13th and 15th centuries and managed to survive about 70 years after the Spanish began occupying México. Old World diseases brought by Spanish settlers appear to have been the cause of its demise.
Tulum is one of the best-preserved coastal Maya sites. A popular site for tourist.

Dearest Amigos & Amigas,
I'm proud to be Mexican and now that I have the opportunity to say, that the quality of our people makes you feel at home no matter you come from another country. Most of us Mexicans, still retain great values such as respect for the family and retain customs and traditions that define us as a country.
I'm proud to be Mexican, because despite adversity, we have a amazing talent to succeed. You can be sure that Mexicans are naturally affectionate and very expressive. We are generous, noble, and help those in need.
In Mexico we have an amazing wealth of natural beauty, we have all kinds of climates, vegetation, wildlife, varied food, arts, crafts, culture, our vocabulary is very extensive, full of spark occurrence and variety.
Being in Mexico is like being transported to a paradise where you can afford to admire all the beauties that are in the environment, no matter how busy your life is.
I think being proud to be Mexican is summarized in knowing where I come from and appreciate my roots. Supporting always my country, even now away from my hometown, thousands of miles away, because I take my Mexico in every beat of my heart

"The legend of Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl"

Iztaccíhuatl's father sent Popocatepetl to the war in Oaxaca, promising him his daughter as his wife if he returned (which Iztaccíhuatl's father presumed he would not). Iztaccíhuatl's father told her that her lover had fallen in battle and she died of grief. When Popocatépetl returned, and discovered the death of his lover, he committed su***de by plunging a dagger through his heart. God covered them with snow and changed them into mountains. Iztaccíhuatl's mountain was called "La Mujer Dormida, (the "Sleeping Woman"), because it bears a resemblance to a woman sleeping on her back. Popocatépetl became the volcano Popocatépetl, raining fire on Earth in blind rage at the loss of his beloved.
