新冷气刚装好，为什么就出问题？

以前做 Aircond Warranty Inspection 的时候，我遇过不少这样的 Case。

有些冷气刚刚安装好，甚至还没正式使用，就已经出现问题。

很多人第一时间会怀疑是机器坏了。

但是经过现场 Checking，有时候问题并不是机器本身，而是 Installation 的细节。

例如 Copper Piping、Drainage 或 Installation Quality。

所以，不管是普通 Aircond 还是 Commercial VRV/VRF Project，我一直觉得：

好的冷气，也需要好的 Installation。

LG VRF Troubleshooting 🔧

这次现场遇到的 VRF system，一开始 third-party remote controller 显示 0034，outdoor unit 则出现 CH52 + CH59。

一开始做 setting 时，system 找不到 indoor unit。检查后发现 indoor unit power supply 被关掉了。

恢复 power supply 后重新 setting，system 成功 detect 到 4 台 indoor unit，CH59 也消失了，但 CH52 仍然存在。

继续 troubleshooting 后，我们决定更换 Inverter PCB Board。

更换完成后重新测试： ✅ Error Code cleared
✅ Aircond successfully turned on
✅ Indoor Units running normally

另外检查过程中，也发现其中 2 台 Indoor Unit PCB Board 有故障，需要后续更换。

这个 case 再次提醒我们：

看到 Error Code，不代表马上换 Part。 先 Check，再 Confirm。

LG VRF Troubleshooting 🔧

VRV 出 Error Code = 那个 Part 坏了？不一定。

Error code 给我们的是一个 troubleshooting 的方向，不代表某一个 part 已经 confirm 损坏。

如果还没检查清楚就直接换 part，可能 part 换了、钱花了，真正的问题还是没有解决。

做 troubleshooting，我比较相信：

先 Check，再 Confirm。

Aircond quotation 最便宜，真的最省钱吗？

做 commercial project，不能只看最后的 price。
Piping、drainage、material、installation scope，还有未来 maintenance，都会影响最后真正的 cost。

有时候一开始看起来便宜，做到一半才发现这个没包、那个要加钱，最后反而更贵。

先 compare scope，再 compare price.

保养后冷气不对劲，怎么办？🤔

先别乱下结论，需要实际检查。如果是漏 gas，常见排查点：
✅ Flaring 接口
✅ 阀门接头
✅ 铜喉弯折处
✅ Indoor/outdoor 接头
