🟢 QA/QC Engineer
🟢 Site Foreman
𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
✔️Relevant experience in civil, structural, infrastructure or building construction works.
✔️Experience in substructure, pilecap, pier, reinforced concrete, rebar, formwork, concreting, temporary works or QA/QC works will be an advantage.
✔️Able to read, understand and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, method statements and site instructions.
✔️Familiar with project documentation and site procedures such as Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Request for Inspection (RFI), Permit to Work (PTW), inspection checklists, daily reports, site progress records and related construction records.
✔️For engineering and QA/QC positions, candidates should be able to assist in preparing, reviewing or coordinating technical documents, QA/QC records, inspection forms, NCR/SOR records, material submissions, test reports and as-built records where required.
✔️Able to coordinate with project team, subcontractors, suppliers, main contractor, consultants and other relevant parties.
✔️Able to work at project site and comply with project requirements, safety rules, quality procedures and reporting requirements.
✔️Good discipline, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️Computer literacy is required for engineering and QA/QC positions. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office or Autodesk Construction Cloud will be an advantage.
✔️Fresh candidates with strong attitude may be considered for junior roles, subject to suitability.
