An intro about what we offer. I’m one of the lucky Singaporeans who managed to still be in JB during this pandemic & maintain my humble house which I call home. I understand that there are many Singaporeans who have been away from their homes in JB and worried about the state of their homes especially the lawn area.
My main concern each time I come across homes in JB which appears to have been abandoned since the Malaysian MCO, the overgrown grass & weeds tends to invite uninvited visitors. Just like the picture of a house near mine which I have posted here.
To make the house look as live in as possible, grass cutting & good maintenance comes into play. Homes which are well maintained will warn 'others' that there is someone in the house and it's being looked after.
You may say that "my house is gated and guarded". May be true in most cases but my house is also gated and guarded and there are still cases of a houses being robbed, well most probably not by 'outsiders' but more like neighbours?
How will we do the grass cutting & other maintenance? We gain entrance by explaining to the security guard (if there are) and also approach neighbours to make sure they know what we will be doing. We will climb the fence to get the job done but some may have left keys to the neighbours and also some that leave the back door unlocked. We can pass our phones to your neighbour to make them more confident that we are not entering your premises to do things like robbery which they worry about.
We will send photos of our work so the home owners will have nothing to worry about our work.
Price of the work will depend on how big and how bad the lawn is. Let us know the address and we will make a trip to assess the amount of work to be done and quote accordingly. Or if you can provide a recent photo taken (by neighbour etc). If you are ok with the price, I will schedule the day to do the job.
Only after the job is done, I will send pictures and if you're ok with it, I will ask you to paynow the agreed amount. A small deposit would be appreciated as I collaborate with locals to do the job. The security & neighbours will be more comfortable when locals do the job and of course the price of the job will be far cheaper.
