**Samzol Powertech Completes Critical Air Conditioning Upgrade for MV ###**

*Pulau Duyong, 8th December 2024* – The Samzol Powertech team, led by Iwan, Adat, and Arif, successfully completed an essential air conditioning upgrade onboard MV ### at Pulau Duyong.

The task involved replacing the starboard side ceiling cassette air conditioning unit with a new 3HP model, ensuring optimal cooling performance on the vessel’s bridge. Additionally, a contactor was installed at the outdoor unit to enhance the system's reliability.

This technical effort reflects Samzol Powertech's commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining the operational efficiency of marine systems. The job is reported as complete, pending the final signing of the report by the client.

Successful Completion of Re**er System Oil Separator Installation Onboard M.V. SSS

Location: Kemaman Anchorage

Samzol Powertech is proud to announce the successful completion of a critical project onboard the M.V. SSS. The project involved the replacement of two re**er system oil separators (Ref. No. 1 and No. 2) as part of a comprehensive maintenance initiative to enhance the vessel's refrigeration system efficiency.

Our experienced team was tasked with delivering a complete solution, including manpower, tools, equipment, and transportation, ensuring seamless ex*****on. The scope of work included:

Safely releasing refrigerant from the system.
Flushing the system thoroughly with nitrogen to remove impurities.
Installing brand-new oil separators with precise brazing for leak-proof integration.
Replacing the oil compressors with SL68
Installing new filter driers to improve system filtration.
Conducting a pressure test and leak check to ensure optimal system integrity.
Vacuuming the system and refilling it with refrigerant gas.
Completing the project with a comprehensive test run and commissioning to verify performance.
Despite the challenges of working onboard a vessel at anchorage, our team demonstrated exceptional coordination and professionalism. The project was completed on schedule and to the client’s satisfaction, ensuring the re**er system is now operating at peak performance.

On 17th November 2024, the Samzol Powertech team, led by Sani Kadir, successfully completed the servicing and commissioning of the Perkin Generator K1C at ### in Gebeng. The team worked closely with the As Power team to carry out a thorough servicing of the generator, ensuring it was fully operational and running at peak efficiency.

Following the servicing, the generator underwent a rigorous testing and commissioning process, ensuring that all systems were functioning as expected. The job was completed on schedule, marking another successful project for Samzol Powertech. This accomplishment highlights our commitment to delivering top-tier service and maintaining the highest standards for our clients
