"TEPI TEPI TEPI! SAYA FIRST AIDER!" 🚑⛑️

What an exciting and insightful two days at our First Aid Training last week!
From learning essential life-saving techniques to understanding how to respond during emergencies, our team gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that could make all the difference when every second counts.

The highlight of the training was the mock drill exercise, designed to mimic a real-life emergency. It was an excellent opportunity for us to put our newly acquired skills to the test, work as a team, and experience the pressure and responsibility of responding to an actual incident.

A big thank you to the trainers, CERT Academy - Leading Academy for Emergency, Safety & Health , and our members for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to creating a safer workplace. Safety is not just a requirement—it's a responsibility we all share.

We are pleased to welcome Ms. Phum Boon Eng as Group Managing Director of Advancecon Group, effective 22 December 2025.

With over 15 years of experience in design, project development, and business leadership, she brings a strong focus on modernisation, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership. Formerly Head of our Solar Division, Ms. Phum played a key role in advancing Advancecon’s renewable and sustainable initiatives.

Her appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in next-generation leadership as we continue to drive sustainable growth and shape the future of Advancecon.
