🚗 Perodua Axia Full Overhaul Completed 🚗

顾客投诉引擎发出严重的「dak dak dak」异响声。
The customer complained about a loud “dak dak dak” knocking noise coming from the engine.

经过检查后，我们发现顾客长期使用来源不明的假机油。😮
After inspection, we found that the customer had been using counterfeit engine oil for a long period of time. 😮

导致：
As a result:

❌ Crankshaft（曲轴）严重磨损
❌ Severe crankshaft wear and damage

❌ 引擎内部出现大量油泥堆积
❌ Heavy sludge buildup inside the engine

顾客投诉：
顾客经常跑长途，表示车辆非常危险，只要压到坑洞，整辆车就会跑向一边；踩 Brake 时方向盘抖动，还有异响。🚗⚠️

Customer Complaint:
Customer frequently drives long distances and reported that the vehicle felt unsafe. Whenever it hit a pothole, the vehicle would pull to one side. The steering also shook during braking, with abnormal noise while driving. 🚗⚠️

检查发现：
Brake Disc Rotor 已磨损变形，Brake Pad、Rack End 及 Stabilizer Link 已损坏，影响车辆操控及行车安全。⚠️

Inspection Result:
Worn brake disc rotors, brake pads, rack ends, and stabilizer links were affecting the vehicle’s handling and safety. ⚠️

已完成维修 / Service Done ✅

Engine feels underpowered even though the engine oil was recently changed. 🚗⚠️

检查发现：
机油 Grade 使用错误、Intake Manifold 积满 Carbon，以及 Diesel Filter 非常肮脏，导致引擎表现下降。⚠️

Inspection Result:
Wrong engine oil grade was used, the intake manifold was heavily clogged with carbon, and the diesel filter was dirty, affecting engine performance. ⚠️

Engine temperature suddenly went up while driving. Customer immediately stopped the vehicle and contacted us. 🌡️🚗

检查发现：
长期使用白水，没有添加 Coolant，导致整个冷却系统严重生锈腐蚀，最终造成引擎过热。⚠️

Inspection Result:
The cooling system had been running with plain water instead of coolant for a long time, causing heavy rust and engine overheating. ⚠️
