Recently, our company, TERA TREX INNOVATIONS, received several complaints regarding our inspection services, including delays, late report submissions, cancellations, and refund requests that were processed despite there being no major issues with the inspections themselves.

We acknowledge that these matters have affected the reputation and public perception of our company. A significant part of these challenges was caused by delays from developers in providing complete utilities such as electricity and water supply, even after homeowners had completed full payment prior to Vacant Possession (VP).

As a result, many inspection appointments had to be postponed, leading to one of the most difficult and stressful periods in our company’s history within the industry.

We sincerely accept every criticism and feedback given to us, and we are taking full responsibility to improve our operations. As part of our commitment to providing better service, we have strengthened our internal processes and increased the number of staff members to accelerate inspection schedules and report submissions.

Tahun ni ramai orang tak perasan satu benda besar sedang berlaku dalam industri binaan.

Harga bahan binaan naik hampir 40%.

Besi naik.
Simen naik.
Pasir pun naik.

Tapi yang peliknya…

Masih ada kontraktor yang bagi harga renovation terlalu murah.

Ramai owner nampak harga tu terus rasa untung.

“Murah RM20k dari kontraktor lain.”

Tanpa sedar… di sinilah masalah biasanya bermula.

Adalah sorang Akak ni pemilik rumah nak extend dapur dan buat wet kitchen.

Dia pilih kontraktor yang bagi harga paling rendah.

Kerja mula nampak cantik.

✔️ Lantai pecah
✔️ Tiang pasang

Tapi masuk bulan kedua…

Tukang mula datang tak menentu.

Akhirnya rumah jadi…

❌ Simen terdedah
❌ Dapur pecah tak siap

Ada kes sampai 6 bulan – 1 tahun terbengkalai.

Owner terpaksa cari kontraktor baru.

Kos akhirnya jadi lagi mahal dari plan asal.

Sebab itu renovation yang betul biasanya ada:

✔️ Anggaran kos bahan yang realistik
✔️ Progress payment ikut tahap kerja
✔️ Pemantauan projek

Renovasi rumah bukan sekadar cari harga paling murah.

Yang lebih penting ialah perancangan dan sistem kerja.

Supaya rumah impian siap…
bukan jadi projek terbengkalai.

✅Ada site supervisor moniter kerja

✅sebut harga pon free
