HOW CAN I AFFORD MY ALFRESCOCRETE TINYHOME?

We understand that building a home takes planning.

That's why we offer flexible payment options.

OPTION 1

50% DEPOSIT + INSTALMENTS

Pay the 50% deposit.

We establish the site, manufacture the blocks on-site and begin construction.

After completion and handover, the remaining 50% can be repaid over:

➡️ 18 months
➡️ 36 months
➡️ 72 months

OPTION 2

SPLIT DEPOSIT

If paying the full 50% deposit upfront isn't possible, the 50% deposit can be paid over 18 or 36 months.

Once the 50% milestone is reached, construction begins while you continue paying the remaining balance.

For example:

From N$66,400

72-month example: N$922.22/month TINYHome is built after the 50% deposit.

Payment plans are subject to a signed purchase agreement and our terms and conditions.
